These priorities include Sustainable Agriculture and Resilience, Community Health and Wellbeing, Youth and Women Empowerment, Organizational Sustainability.

CSP Strategic Plan for 2026-2030

The CSP Strategic Plan for 2026–2030 presents a transformative framework to strengthen the resilience, well-being, and empowerment of vulnerable communities across Tanzania. Building on lessons from the 2022–2025 SP, this strategic plan responds to emerging socio-economic, political, and environmental challenges, including climate change, limited civic space, and systemic inequalities affecting women, youth, and marginalized groups. CSP’s mission to prevent, manage, and overcome situations that adversely affect people’s welfare underpins this SP, integrating human rights, sustainable livelihoods, health, and institutional strengthening for lasting impact.

The 2025 Annual Vi Agroforestry Symposium, held from 23rd to 25th November at the Musoma Agricultural Training Centre (ATC), served as a dynamic platform for advancing conversations around regenerative agriculture, agroforestry technologies, biodiversity restoration, sustainable food systems, and rural economic transformation in Tanzania. This year’s symposium was intentionally expanded to deepen cross-sector collaboration and generate actionable strategies that align with both national policy directions and global sustainability standards.
